① A three-way catheter of 16 or 18 French is inserted, through which physiological saline solu tion is introduced into the blad der until full and then sealed.

② A longitudinal skin incision of 2 - 3 cm at the level of the navel is made using a cold blade scalpel. The procedure continues to the bladder wall. It is secured with two silk or Vicryl® sutures.
